GBHL is an Over-50 League, which features 5-on-5 full-court basketball. The league is open to male players who like to stay in shape, or to others who want to get back in shape.

 

We like to inspire others over 50 years old and beyond to remain active and healthy. While we like winning, we play for the fun of the game and for exercise.
